Healing with Divine heart to awaken the deep truth within.
Like many, you may have the most difficulty trusting when you are faced with a sudden or shocking experience such as job loss, sudden illness or an end to a significant relationship. It can create a jolt to your sense of stability and security and you may struggle with fear. Unfortunately, the fear can stop you from receiving the most beautiful gift of all – to know that you are supported by God, always and all ways.
In your foundation exists both that which serves you and that which does not. Often, in part, you are living by what doesn’t serve you, such as ego identification (for example: “I am my job”, or “my relationship is who I am”), or attachments to how things should be. These create false foundations because they are weak, external securities that can instantly vanish. This is what’s shocking; what you thought was secure is not. When these collapse, so can you.
However, such experiences present opportunities to awaken your consciousness. They expose what you need to see such as core, limiting, subconscious ideas of yourself or your reality. If it’s too frightening, your ego will try to quickly recreate familiar, solid ground, but once again, your house would be built on the same or similar illusions. Instead, if you take the time to survey the newly-turned landscape, you’ll gain insight as to how that foundation can be excavated to rebuild truer security.
The truth is that no form of negative ego wants to help you to trust or grow. Only by turning toward the God-Self Within will you find unconditional, healing love and your unshakeable foundation. Then you can remember that you are One with All Possibilities. Will you gracefully accept that support?

Taking refuge can provide delightful surprises. It is not always a Zen teacher, wise nun or high monk who is there to provide guidance and insight. My grandson Callun has provided quite a few for me. His home is in the town of Nanaimo on Vancouver Island in British Columbia. One summer holiday Carolyn and I spent a sea kayaking adventure with Callun and his father Iain, exploring the fascinating coastline of Vancouver Island. On one occasion when Iain and Carolyn went shopping, I stayed at the house to meditate. Callun was playing outside. He came in crying after a while and tapped me on the shoulder. “Grand Pooh Bear,” that is what he called me when he was a little boy. “Grand Pooh Bear, sorry to disturb your practice but I’ve been stung by a bee on my neck and it hurts.” I opened my eyes and took Callun into my arms and said, “My dear Callun, you are my practice.” I gently took the stinger out of his neck, put some ice on it and cuddled him for a while before he happily went outside again to play. He had brought home to me that all of life is my practice. To my grandson Callun I bow in gratitude for being such a mindfulness bell for me.
When I take refuge in this manner, I am aware of Buddha nature being graciously presented to me. Another grandchild, Millie, sent me some drawings for my birthday quite a few years ago. With her five year old determination she endeavored to draw a picture of me with no feet, only one arm, with a fuzzy beard, jug handle ears and much slimmer than in reality! Over my head she had drawn a yellow halo, which is totally undeserving, yet I learned that this is how Millie thinks of me. She was revealing her Buddha nature to her grandfather and I joyfully took refuge in her love and kindness.
Several years ago, after leading a meditation retreat on the British Columbia mainland I arranged to take a ferry across to Nanaimo on Vancouver Island to visit with my son and grandson Callun. It was a beautiful calm sea voyage with the sunset dancing in the wake of the ferry. Although I was tired from the retreat, this was a delightful respite. Both Iain and Callun were there as the boat docked in Nanaimo. As it was almost Callun’s bedtime, he asked if I would read him a story once we got to their home. I was happy to do this. Callun quickly changed into his pyjamas and chose a story for me to read. I lay down on his bed beside him and started to read. In only a few minutes I was fast asleep! My son, Iain, on hearing the silence, came into the bedroom and saw that Callun had pulled the bedcovers up over me and was sitting up in bed with one hand resting lightly on my shoulder, a beautiful smile on his face as he took care of his grandfather. My son was moved to tears by this. He drew a chair into the bedroom and sat there with us all night. He did not want to miss the magic. Three generations taking refuge in one another. Totally present, hearts wide open. Only one snoring, but gently!
Dr. Ian Prattis – his moving and eye-opening books are a memorable experience for anyone who enjoys reading about primordial tendencies. Beneath the polished urban facade remains a part of human nature that few want to acknowledge, simply because it is easier to deny the basic instincts that have kept us alive on an unforgiving earth. Prattis bravely goes there in his outstanding literary work. www.ianprattis.com
Is Swallow-Power or the Force of the Tongue Brain the force that grows the Face? I believe the Tongue Brain is the real Architect of the Face and the Mouth. A good swallow grows the palate and allows room for the airway, the jaws, the facial muscles and the teeth to develop.
So a Bad Swallow is the ultimate soft tissue “repetitive strain injury”? It is actually a major trauma or stress to the Autonomic Nervous System.
This is also true as well of a bad bite. A bite that is not bilaterally balanced is stressful. It throws off the jaws the, muscles and the airway. Your bite is supposed to be heavy on your back molars and not bumping up against the inside of your upper anterior teeth. We call this “Molars Mighty Anteriors Lightly”. Check it on yourself with saran wrap. The saran wrap should pull through your front teeth when you bite on your back molars.
We call the tongue and the swallow-bite the “Tongue Brain” because the tongue is the only muscle organ in the body innervated by the 5 most important cranial nerves. This Tongue Brain w ill now allow medical research scientists to stimulate the tongue to create new brain cells and neural pathways. Wow is the TONGUE- BRAIN ever powerful!
Prior to birth and at birth the primitive and powerful and most important swallow reflex is ready to swallow and suckle or “latch on to the nipple”. This key reflex is ready at birth to enable breastfeeding. In fact until 6 months of age the baby like all mammals can breathe through its nose and swallow at the same time. We lose this ability to develop speech after 6 months of age. The downside of this is it means we might also choke on food or snore since the breathing tube or the trachea and swallowing tube or the digestive tube or the oesophagus are so close together. Take your time to eat and swallow. Never be in rush to eat talk and swallow. People die every year from choking needlessly.
The infant tongue swallow reflex is interesting anatomically and it is very powerful. The milk pad of the palate is the trigeminal nerve’s second division called the incisive nerve connects with the tongue. In the tip of the tongue is the third division of the trigeminal nerve called the lingual nerve? So breast feeding is the trigeminal nerve doing its thing. The third division in the tongue is touching the second division of the trigeminal nerve in the palate in a repetitive sequence. Pretty cool system eh? When it strokes against the palate or the nipple, this muscular repetitive stroking tissue force, empowers and grows the maxilla and palatine bones laterally and forward essentially growing and creating the width and height of the face. If this does not happen then the lower jaw cannot grow downward and forward either. This means we might have a narrow head form and we will have airway and muscular-skeletal problems develop like headaches earaches jaw aches and neck aches.
The facial skeleton is empowered by the soft tissue power of the tongue and the swallow. The Facial Skeleton which grows downward and forward form birth is very much under the combined influence of environmental influences and partly under genetic control. These environmental genetic forces are called Epigenetic!
1 The good swallow and breastfeeding or the bad swallow and bottle feeding
2 The lips and tongue forces mould the teeth into alignment
3 The diet! Beware all processed and sugary or salty foods
4 Allergies to diet, dust and dander
5 The level of trace minerals in our diet is decreasing
6 Traumatic events from birth onwards
The bottom line is the tongue makes the jaws and the airway grow.
Here is what you have to watch and know:
First, is there a tongue thrust? The tongue should go onto the roof of the mouth when the child swallows
Second, by 4 years of age there should be spaces between the baby teeth so that the jaws can accommodate the larger adult teeth coming at 6 years of age.
Third, the bite should not be too deep or too posterior. So watch the teeth do the lower teeth disappear when the child bites down?
Fourth, is the midline on? How do the teeth line up? Is the jaw centered on the face and forehead?
So help us monitor your child’s growth and development and keep the trace minerals high in the diet of the growing child and keep those damn sugars low.
Call us for a quick consult if you have questions. We can set up telephone consults too.

Miscarriage is the loss of a fetus before 20 weeks of pregnancy. Miscarriage is the result of many factors involved in the complex orchestration of pregnancy. These include: genetic factors, environmental factors, endocrine factors, circulatory factors, and immunologic factors. Most of these factors are a result of subtle and subclinical imbalance – undetectable with blood tests and vaginal ultrasound. However, such imbalances are discoverable with the comprehensive knowledge, experience and research of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in Reproductive Science – of which the principal tools of correction are acupuncture and traditional Chinese herbs.
From the principles TCM, our body must be in an “optimized” state of balance before one can conceive. To maintain a pregnancy, one must maintain the same balance.
But such balance is not as clear as black and white, on and off, or zero and one state. Instead, it is a bell-shaped curve with the highest point on the top as the state of optimal balance. In other words, a woman can and often does get pregnant when she is in a suboptimal state. But, it is this group of pregnancies that are often subject to the greatest chance of miscarriage after becoming pregnant. When the body’s condition deviates too far from the optimal balance point, there will be no more pregnancy.
A woman, who experiences miscarriage, loses Qi (vital energy) and Blood according to TCM as well as fetus, meaning that a miscarriage is as draining to a woman’s energy as labor. Indeed there is a saying that proclaims ‘a miscarriage is more serious than labor’. If a proper treatment is not made after miscarriage, imbalanced condition can be aggravated so making her more difficult to get pregnant. With recurrent miscarriages, a woman can lose her hope and sometimes cannot overcome fear and depression that she may be unable to reach to 40th week of pregnancy. Actually this kind of emotional strain can aggravate imbalanced condition of body. Therefore, treatment plans for miscarriage in TCM include: 1. Recovery from losses of Qi and Blood due to recent miscarriage; 2. Distress and relief of emotional strain; 3. Correction of pre-existing imbalance of body.
These purposes can be achieved well by acupuncture and/or Chinese herbs. Even though once pregnancy is achieved, continuous treatments by acupuncture and herbs up to 12th week of pregnancy can help a woman to prevent miscarriage.
We are all born with the ability to hear messages from Heaven, see with our Third Eye, and speak or flow from the saints and light beings the messages they wish to share with us. But we as human beings have gotten caught up in the physical world and lost touch with these abilities over the years of evolution.
The Soul World is always trying to communicate with us, but we don’t usually hear them or see the signs they are showing us. We have all faced times when we have really tried hard to connect or wished so desperately that we had the answers we needed to make the right choices and follow the correct path.
In reality, the Soul World is trying to guide us every step of the way, giving us many signs from the universe and trying to communicate with us so that we may lead a more fulfilled and aligned life here on Mother Earth. It is our lack of ability to hear them that we struggle with.
There is a very simple process to open and develop your soul communication abilities. This process helps you to be able to see, hear, or sense the message. With practice, it is possible to develop great ability to communicate with the Soul World, to access the secrets, wisdom, knowledge, and practical techniques that can transform every aspect of your life.
Not only can you communicate with the Universe, you can communicate with your own soul to learn about your past lives, how they influence your current life, and what the possibilities are for your future lives. When you do this, you will discover the universe within.
The benefits of soul communication are very pragmatic. You can receive guidance regarding your health, business, finance, studying for school exams, relationships, your soul journey, and much more. One of the greatest benefits is that guidance is so direct and clear. Through soul communication, not only do you benefit from a more expanded perspective, but you also can live a soul-guided life.
This experiential workshop is ideal whether you are absolutely new to soul communication, have tried it before, or are at an advanced stage. The collective experience of joining our hearts and souls together to explore this path will be rewarding beyond comprehension.

by Philippe Leduc
My name is Philippe Leduc, and I am from Canada. I have been living in a forest monastery outside Chiang Rai, Northern Thailand, since early April. I first encountered Tibetan Buddhism in India in the nineties, and in recent years, I have spent a few months in Theravada monasteries in Canada, Myanmar, and now Thailand.
Every morning across Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and Lao, Buddhist monks leave their monasteries on foot and go on alms round in the nearest villages to receive food from the villagers. Monks can’t touch money or cook for themselves. They depend on laypeople for their material well-being, and laypeople depend on the monks for their spiritual well-being. It has been this way since the time of the Buddha. As a layperson, I accompany Ajahn (teacher, in Thai) on Vindabat (alms round, in Thai) every morning. Ajahn is the only monk in my monastery, so he is also the abbot. He speaks excellent English and is quite open-minded, which makes for very good conversations. As we walk through the streets of the village, he receives food donations from various people who wait for him every morning, and I transfer the donations from his begging bowl to a large basket. The round lasts about an hour, and we usually talk about various things. This article came out of one of our conversations, and it is part of my blog, at www.philsdance.com.
May 10 – One of Ajahn’s supporters is in a fairly advanced stage of kidney cancer. I’ve seen her come out of the house to offer food to the monk during Vindabat (alms round), but lately she has not been coming out. Instead, her daughter fills Ajahn on the latest news. Yesterday and today, Ajahn was invited (and me, as his attendant) inside the house to offer a blessing. Her husband and I knelt on the floor while Ajahn sat on a chair opposite her bed, from where she told him of her condition. Her face had a look of pain on it. Ajahn listened patiently and spoke a few words softly before intoning a prayer for her. We were in the house for no more than five minutes.
When we resumed Vindabat, Ajahn seemed concerned, and explained that she was in a great deal of pain. But his concern wasn’t so much about the cancer as about the fact that she is not accepting her condition. He said she was angry at her cancer, and was fighting it. He said she was causing a lot of avoidable suffering for herself, on top of the unavoidable pain of the disease itself. He said he has been trying to nudge her kindly in a direction of acceptance and peace, but it has not worked yet.
In one of his teachings – the Sallatha Sutta –, the Buddha talks about the pain of the self-inflicted second arrow. The first arrow is what life throws at us, while the second is our reaction to the first. We have been shot, and we tell ourselves a story about the arrow, a story that basically says “This arrow should not have been shot.” This story is a second arrow, which can cause greater suffering than the first. It is anger, resistance, self-blame, etc., and it is a terminal obstacle to peace. From the Sutta:
“Now, the well-instructed disciple of the noble ones, when touched with a feeling of pain, does not sorrow, grieve, or lament, does not beat his breast or become distraught. So he feels one pain: physical, but not mental. Just as if they were to shoot a man with an arrow and, right afterward, did not shoot him with another one, so that he would feel the pain of only one arrow. In the same way, when touched with a feeling of pain, the well-instructed disciple of the noble ones does not sorrow, grieve, or lament, does not beat his breast or become distraught. He feels one pain: physical, but not mental.” – Sallatha Sutta
Ajahn said he hoped she would find some peace before she passed, but that this would only happen with acceptance. How strange, I thought, how much suffering we cause ourselves, despite being supposedly so intelligent. In fact, it seems to be the price of intelligence. I often see animals who are obviously in pain, but they don’t have a story about it. A three-legged dog will have as much fun as the other dogs, because he doesn’t lament the loss of his leg. A dog’s mind cannot produce second arrows, but human minds seem to specialize in fabricating them. In fact, I wonder if most of our suffering isn’t caused by the stories we tell ourselves about our lives, rather than by our lives themselves.
June 4 – The lady passed away five days ago, and I attended her funeral today. The last time I saw her alive was a few days before she died. This morning, I asked Ajahn whether he thought she found some peace before passing, and he said for sure in the moment just before dying. He explained that when death comes, we have no choice but to let go. But the sooner we stop resisting, the sooner we can live in peace, he said.
So many people have a tough time with the idea of self-worth. They envy others and see a lack of worth in themselves. They look in the mirror and see someone full of flaws – a “failure” or “loser.” They are also terrified that if anyone REALLY got to know them, they would run the other way. Shame, negativity and even anger drive their sense of self-worth as they beat themselves up for the least little mistake or foible.
Reasons for Negative Self-Worth
There are many reasons for a lack of self-worth, but most start at a young age because we are expected to behave in a certain manner and will usually be punished in some way if we fail to meet the expectations of others. This can be as simple as being put in the naughty corner because you have done something “bad,” sent to bed without supper, of deprived of something you were really looking forward to, to constant criticism and being made to feel like nothing you do is ever good enough and you will never amount to anything.
This can lead to a lack of ambition, and even self-sabotage due to this kind of self-limiting thinking. Affirmations are one of the best ways to transform negative thinking into positive, “can-do” self-talk that will support you emotionally and intellectually.
Affirmations help you accept who you are, and change what you choose to change. You can use affirmations to eliminate negative character traits. You can also use them to improve your skills and abilities, or even add new skills and abilities. With the help of affirmations, you can learn how to control your anger, avoid procrastination, stop smoking, and boost your self-confidence.
Here are some affirmations worth trying, to help with self-worth and self-esteem issues:
When I believe in myself, others do too.
I love and accept myself unconditionally.
I always do the best I can.
I respect myself and others.
I deserve all the success I have in my life.
I am free to make my own choices and decisions.
I am letting go of past struggles, for a brighter future.
If you’ve been struggling with feelings of low self-worth, try repeating one or more of these affirmations a couple of times a day and see what a difference it can make to your life.

This summer, consider turning those gorgeous herbs you are growing into part of your body care regime.
Calendula is one of my favourite herbs. Easy to grow, abundant in blossoms, this lovely little plant has many healing properties. Calendula’s (Calendula officinalis, not to be mistaken for the marigolds we are familiar with) petals are chock full of beta carotene, making it a great anti-inflammatory. Topically it can be used for minor cuts and burns due to its antibacterial properties, and dermatitis including excema.
Lavender is another powerful skin healer. It is also analgesic, so very helpful for skin damage. You can use the buds and leaves to make skin care preparations.
Got peppermint? Energizing, analgesic peppermint can be used in all sorts of skin care preparations, from sore muscle concoctions to sinus preparations. Related to the mints, lemon balm is a lovely little plant that grows in proliferation. It is anti-viral, so helpful as a tea for instances of herpes simplex. Comfrey is another herb that has been used for hundreds of years for its medicinal properties. Externally, comfrey can help with sore muscles, bruising and superficial cuts.
How can you incorporate these wonderful plants into medicine all year ‘round?
If you have an old screen, you can dry them as they become ready: for example, blossoms can be picked in the morning after the dew has evaporated but before the heat of the sun damages the vital oils. Spread them over the screen and place so that there is ventilation from both sides. You want them to dry quickly. You can then package them in labelled sterilized glass jars. You can also infuse them in oil. Taking a sterilized glass jar, add 1/3 plant material to 2/3 oil to top up (olive is my favourite). Tap the jar to remove any air bubbles, and make sure plant material is covered with oil completely. You can leave it in the sun for a couple of weeks, then carefully drain off the oil, leaving the herbs behind (coffee filters work well for this), into another sterile container. Label accordingly. This will form the base of any cream or lotion you make later on. You can use the dried herbs in bath or compresses.

For some, making changes in one’s life can be seen as an impossible task. That’s because we focus on the totality of the problem at hand and not necessarily on the component parts of the problem. The old saying goes that you eat an elephant one bite at a time. How true that is.
However, the process of bringing changes into our lives is more complex than that. Here are three questions that I have found very useful in helping myself and my clients to bring clarity to this somewhat complex issue:
Do I want to change this at this point in my life? Yes/No
Can I change this? Yes/No
When will I change this?
First, you need to decide that YES, I do want this change in my life now. Second, while looking inside, you realize that yes, I CAN make this change. You can then call on your own internal resources or ask for some outside help with this. You then need to decide WHEN you want to start making these changes and then taking the action steps to put all of this into motion.
I live by the moto that Struggle is Optional. If something is not going well in your life, change it. We all have the power to create the life that we want. We live in an abundant world and all the resources are there to assist us. Decide and take Action…Now. Don’t wait for that perfect moment when all will be right. Things are never right. The right time for change is now.

Most of us are afraid of change but no matter we like it or not, things change all the time. Seasons change from winter to spring; people change from young to old; today’s superstars become a memory in no time. Things happen because of the development and mixing of modes of nature, and we are not actually the ones who can change material nature even if we believe that human beings are superior. Material nature has its own way to operate. Most of us are affected by the modes of nature but we always foolishly believe that we are in control. To know our real situation, we should understand material nature and know how to transcend the modes of nature (the Guṇas).
The three modes of nature are: Sattva (Goodness), Rajas (Passion) and Tamas (Ignorance). They affect all the activities of the Self. These three modes—goodness, passion and ignorance are not qualities of the soul but qualities of material nature.
To purify ourselves in the mode of goodness is not enough. Think about when we are at the North Pole or South Pole; everywhere is pure white, and we actually cannot find the direction and are easily lost. We need something as a reference to find the way. Similarly, a person completely in goodness is not necessarily able to enjoy life. The concept of happiness is a feeling, a feeling opposite of sorrow.
Without experience of sorrow, we cannot experience happiness. Sorrow comes after happiness; happiness comes after sorrow. No one can avoid this paradox. Like day comes after night, night comes after day. Death comes after birth, birth comes after death. This is the law of material nature. So instead of looking for the feeling of happiness, transcend the modes of nature to Nirguṇa. Nirguṇa means we are not affected by the modes of nature. Accept things as they are. When we accept that happiness cannot be separate from sadness, the end of birth is death, and death and birth are only different forms of existence, then we can enjoy life and have a peaceful death. Only the one who has experienced the meetings and partings, the joys and sorrows is able to understand and attain eternal bliss.

I suggest to my clients to attempt to be dedicated to being fully HERE, fully REAL, and fully CONSCIOUS. To being totally honest. To being able to maturely assimilate all the good and bad in each precious moment. To taking down all masks. This is what we can strive for…“Maskless Living”. This is a life challenge.
As a young man, I worked in child protection for the Children’s Aid Society of Toronto. That’s where I learned about the importance of creating flexible boundaries when dealing with abused and neglected children. When I began working there, I thought that being totally open and into loving-kindness was the best way to give the children a model of what they had not experienced with their abusive family. However, it turned out that this was one of the worst ways for me to approach them because they were suffering from what is called “a pattern of rejection”. They experienced loving-kindness as a threat. I had to learn to approach each child and each situation with a set of flexible boundaries that could be adjusted as needed. I could choose my boundaries with full consciousness. Years later I discovered that what I was doing back then was what C.G. Jung described as, “dis-identifying with one’s persona”. Since many people are trapped in their persona, he suggested letting our true personality shine through the persona.
Recently, when I was up-dating my Will, “Living Will”, and Powers-of-Attorney, I decided to design my own eulogy so that someone else would not have to try to second guess what my wishes and thoughts are regarding my legacy. I have entitled it, “Maskless Living”. Being without a mask does not mean being defenseless. On the contrary, a person can actually be completely into serendipity and synchronicity and still continuously and wisely navigate their way through virtually any situation. Interestingly, Constantin Stanislavski, a Russian theatre director and one of the first great acting coaches, developed a system of acting that resulted in stage performances that were magical. When the actor’s real “emotional memory” intersects with the emotions required to play a particular character, the actor is actually “living in” the character. The actor completely connects with the role. This is the opposite of being “type-cast”, or trapped in a role.

Usui/Holy Fire II Reiki is Reiki’s most recent evolution, and is of a higher frequency than pre-Holy Fire Reiki. It was given to William Lee Rand of The International Center for Reiki Training, and he began teaching it in 2014. It is a powerful, loving, profoundly healing and very gentle energy.
I think that we have been given Holy Fire now because we have come to a time in our evolution when we are able to handle its higher frequency, and because we and the earth are in desperate need of its powerful healing energies.
The holy of Holy Fire is not intended to have a religious meaning, but goes back to the word’s root, meaning whole and complete. Holy Fire Reiki creates wholeness through purification, healing, empowerment and guidance.
When I first read about Holy Fire Reiki in the Reiki News Magazine, I knew that I would have to study it, and in 2015 I found myself in Glastonbury, England doing the Holy Fire Reiki Master/Teacher course with William Lee Rand, and then later that year I studied Holy Fire II Karuna Reiki® at the ICRT in Michigan, again with Rand. In the six months between Glastonbury and Michigan, Holy Fire had continued to evolve to Holy Fire II.
People who have received Reiki treatments before a Holy Fire Reiki treatment are amazed at the higher vibrational power and deeper healing that Holy Fire brings. Students and practitioners also recognise that the energy is noticeably greater. Last year, three Reiki Master/Teachers came for treatments in order to experience Holy Fire energy. All three of them sat up after their session and said they needed to sign up for Holy Fire. All three of them are now Holy Fire Master/Teachers.
Holy Fire Reiki comes from a high level of consciousness. New teaching techniques have the teacher “out of the way” so that the Holy Fire energy takes over, coming directly to the student from its divine source, and not limited or interfered with by the teacher’s energy.
What were once meditations are now Experiences; Attunements have become Placements; and Holy Fire is placed in the student by Ignitions. I taught Reiki before Holy Fire, and have taught it since having Holy Fire, and I can attest to the increased power of Holy Fire, gentle though it is. Much healing happens in the class before students begin to practise!
One of the most wonderful effects of Holy Fire energy is the feeling of being deeply and unconditionally loved. The feeling grows stronger and stronger over time, as do personal qualities such as joy, peace, compassion, forgiveness and patience.
If you are interested in talking about Holy Fire, receiving a Holy Fire Reiki treatment or studying Holy Fire Reiki, call or e-mail me. I do distance treatments as well.

There are many paths that lead us to our destiny and not one is any better than the other. The Universe knows exactly what we need and what It wants us to learn. I believe that we are constantly being Divinely guided in everything we do, say, feel etc.. It is a matter of trusting that the Universe has our/Its back, so to speak, in order that we continue to evolve towards the perfection we are meant to be. Believe that you are where you are supposed to be and that what may be right for someone else is not necessarily going to be the best for you.
As I ponder the many paths a few come to mind; there’s the short and fast path that takes one quickly and directly to your destiny, then there is the scenic route, enjoying many incredible sights and taking different forks along the way or maybe you’re on the winding uphill path, travelling over rough terrain, exhausting and difficult. Little may we know that this is a journey where we are learning to overcome many obstacles, so try to embrace these tough times in life. Each and every path is full of potential gifts of wisdom and knowledge that is continually being shared via that One Consciousness which connects us all.
No matter what path we are on, know that it is the right one for us. As we begin to trust that the Universe knows exactly where we need to be and what we need to learn in order to grow and contribute to the Whole we find that the path we are following becomes more blessed. Our lives are truly our gift to ourselves on a level that we are just beginning to receive glimpses of.
The next time you are struggling, ask that Divine Consciousness within for clarity. Trust Its all-knowing guidance.
